Target number

Researching records, directing protection strategies, resolving disputes,... to ensure the rights of the Company when participating in litigation at various court levels and arbitration centers.
Representing the Company under authorization to defend it during litigation at court levels/arbitration centers.
Contacting and coordinating with collaborating lawyers to handle complex cases with significant dispute values.
Carrying out legal procedures post-litigation to ensure the enforcement process.
Advising the Leadership Board and Departments/Units on legal issues related to litigation during disputes.
Guiding the development of training programs for Departments/Units to prevent the emergence of legal risks.
Guiding the development of internal training programs related to litigation work for the Legal Department.
Organizing the storage of litigation and dispute records.
Coordinating with Departments/Units to control compliance with contracts signed with partners, customers, etc.
Forecasting potential legal dispute situations and proactively advising on handling solutions (short-term and long-term).
Ensuring that the Company's legal documents (template contracts, powers of attorney, business registration certificates, etc.) are uploaded to the ERP system and updated regularly in case of changes.

Age: 30 - 45 years old.
Education: University graduate with a good degree or higher.
Major: Law, Economic Law.
Experience: At least 5 years of experience in civil litigation; Preference for those who have worked at foreign law firms or reputable Vietnamese law firms.
Language: Proficient in English for communication and legal English (speaking and writing) at an advanced level.
Computer skills: Proficient in using computers, office software, and specialized software, etc.
Honest, careful; Good critical thinking skills.
Confident and fluent communication skills; Negotiation and persuasion skills.
Ability to handle work independently, effectively, and responsibly; Ability to work under high pressure; Quick response in emergency situations.
Willing to travel for work.
Relevant certifications: Has a Lawyer's practicing certificate.
Related knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Litigation, Real Estate Business Law, Commercial Business, International Finance, etc.
Other necessary qualities: Agile, diligent, careful, honest, logical thinking.
