MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

I. MAIN DUTIES:
1. Advising the Board of Directors Ensure that the advice is feasible and suitable for reality: 
Advising the Board of Directors on choosing the plan to organize, operate and implement the project. 
2. Managing and operating project activities Ensure that project activities are carried out according to the plan and set goals: 
- Managing, planning and implementing project tasks (from preparation, commencement and construction) in accordance with the procedures and regulations of the Law.
- Establishing the overall progress and coordinating all project activities from project initiation to project completion (progress, human resources, project quality, costs). 
- Checking and monitoring the quality, progress and costs of the project. 
- Presiding over and ensuring construction measures, inspection and acceptance plans, construction procedures, and construction instructions. 
- Closely coordinate with relevant departments of the Group to implement the project in the most effective way, on schedule, cash flow, quality, labor safety, environmental sanitation, fire prevention. 
- Participate with the Board of Directors in negotiating contract terms with the contractor until the official signing of the contract. 
- Take primary responsibility for managing signed contracts (including: Scope of work, quality standards, progress and finance of the project, labor safety, etc.) - Manage advances and payments according to the contract signed between the Group and the Customer. - Manage the list of project completion documents, represent the Group to complete completion procedures in accordance with current laws. 
- Manage project risks. 
- Participate in professional bid evaluation as required.
- Manage project legal documents, design documents, construction implementation documents. 
- Work with relevant authorities and localities in project implementation. 
- Manage all activities of assigned projects, responsible to the Board of Directors for assigned work.

3. Working with contractors: 

- Ensure control of contractors on terms signed in the contract. 

- Manage contractors on volume, quality, and progress of implementation according to the contract. 

- Work with the Investor, Supervision Consultant, and contractors to ensure that project work is carried out in accordance with the approved plan. 

4. Manage and operate the activities of the Project Management Board: - Ensure the activities of the Project Management Board are in accordance with the set goals and strategies. 

- Directly direct, manage, operate, and monitor the progress of work of the Board's staff. - Manage the implementation of the Project Management Board's work correctly; comply with the Group's processes, regulations, and culture. 

- Be responsible for the Board's performance indicators and effectiveness. 

- Search and develop a team of experts for the Project Management Board.

 - Coordinate recruitment; provide training on expertise, skills, and techniques; Evaluate the work results of the Board's staff. 

II. OTHER WORK:

1. Develop and implement personal plans, report implementation results to management. 

2. Guide and support new employees. 

3. Secure information and documents of the Group. 

4. Archive related documents. 

5. Comply with and contribute ideas to build and improve the Group's rules, regulations and statutes. 

6. Participate in building and promoting the image and brand of the Group. 

7. Perform other tasks as assigned by management. 

8. Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors/Group leaders.
