KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Arrange schedules, prepare documents, and draft letters, contracts, and paperwork for the F&B Director.
Maintain and manage records and documents related to F&B department operations.
Support the Director in managing, operating, and developing food and beverage activities.
Coordinate internal meetings and events or those with external partners related to the F&B sector.
Assist the Director in planning, organizing events, and supervising relevant F&B departments/divisions.
Handle operational issues as they arise to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
Receive, review, and respond to emails, official correspondence, and invitations related to the Director's activities.
Advise and propose solutions to improve operations and enhance the quality of F&B services.
Maintain and update business documents and records for meetings and client/partner presentations.
Support task delegation and implementation across departments, ensuring accurate and timely communication.
Perform other duties as assigned by superiors.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Age: 25 – 40 years old
Education: Bachelor's degree or higher
Major: Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related fields
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
Languages: Proficiency in English is preferred
Computer skills: Proficient in computer usage and office/industry-related software

Strong organizational and task management abilities
