Target number

Participate in research ideas, design concepts for architecture, interior, and exterior according to project requirements.
Create 3D models from architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, and related design documents.
Execute 3D visualizations for interior/exterior; set up materials, lighting, viewpoints, and post-production images.
Coordinate with Project Architects, Urban Planners, and consulting units to ensure the 3D proposal aligns with the actual design.
Revise and update proposals based on feedback from the Head/Deputy Head of the department/team leader and the Management Board.
Control the quality and progress of the assigned 3D products.
Manage and store models, material libraries, and design data for the project.
Participate in addressing issues and adjusting designs during the implementation process.
Perform other professional tasks as assigned by superiors.

1. Qualification: Bachelor's degree or higher.

2. Major: Architectural design or other related fields.

3. Experience: At least 2 years of experience working as an interior/exterior design architect.

4. Language: Preference for proficiency in English.

5. Computer skills: Proficient in using computers, office software, and specialized software...

6. Preference for having a professional architectural design certification of level 1.

General knowledge of planning, architecture, interior design, exterior design, structure, and MEP disciplines.
Understanding of construction techniques, regulations, standards, and state regulations regarding design.
Solid knowledge of various types of design documents.

9. Other necessary qualities: Honesty, carefulness, calmness, maturity, professionalism, and ability to withstand high work pressure.
