Key Responsibilities
1.Store Operations Management:
- Monitor daily activities, ensuring processes and standards are met.
- Check hygiene, raw materials, and equipment.
- Regularly evaluate product and service quality.
2. Personnel Management:
- Create work schedules and reasonable shifts.
- Train new employees according to position standards.
- Supervise attitude, work efficiency, and ensure compliance with regulations.
3. Complaint Handling:
- Receive and address customer feedback.
- Intervene promptly in arising situations.
- Resolve complaints in accordance with store culture.
4. Financial Management:
- Monitor revenue, control inventory and raw materials.
- Supervise stock in and out, minimize losses.
- Coordinate with accounting to ensure accurate data.
5. Perform other tasks as required by superiors.
Job Requirements
- Age: 25 – 40 years old.
- Education: Graduated from Intermediate level or higher.
- Major: Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a similar position. Preference given to candidates with experience in F&B, chain stores, restaurants, cafés, etc.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in using computers, office software, and industry-specific applications.
