MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitor and operate server, network, and IT services on a daily basis.
  • Track the operational status of Servers, Network, and Storage to ensure system stability.
  • Perform basic administration of Windows Server/Linux Server (User, AD, DNS, DHCP, File Server).
  • Support the operation of virtualization environments such as VMware or Microsoft Hyper-V.
  • Manage and configure basic network devices (Switch, Router, Firewall) from Cisco, Fortinet, or equivalent.
  • Perform regular data backups and test recovery capabilities (Backup/Restore) with solutions like Veeam.
  • Receive and handle Level 1/Level 2 incidents, coordinating with relevant teams when escalation is needed.
  • Monitor the monitoring system (Zabbix, Prometheus, or equivalent).
  • Assist in deploying new systems or upgrading infrastructure.
  • Update operational documentation, checklists, and incident handling procedures.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduated from a Vocational College/Associate Degree/Bachelor's Degree in IT or related fields.
  • 0–2 years of experience in IT Support/Helpdesk (Freshers with training are accepted).

Knowledge & Skills
  • Basic understanding of Windows Server and Linux.
  • Fundamental knowledge of networking: TCP/IP, VLAN, basic Routing.
  • Experience in troubleshooting user and system issues.
  • Understanding of Incident/Change processes is an advantage.
  • Ability to read and comprehend technical documents in English.
  • Careful, proactive, and highly responsible.

Preferred
  • Possession of MCSA, CCNA, or equivalent certifications.
  • Experience working in a corporate environment with ≥100 users.
  • Experience using ticket management tools (Jira Service Management, Freshservice…).
