1. Supply Planning:
· Receive production plans and requirements from the R&D/Technical department.
· Analyze and calculate material requirements (MRP) based on technical specifications (BOM) and actual inventory.
· Pay special attention to the Composite and Mechanical materials group: Carefully review all parameters and specifications to create accurate ordering plans, avoiding errors or waste.
2. Coordination & Monitoring (Logistics Control):
· Schedule orders appropriately (when goods arrive, how much quantity) to ensure production progress without causing excessive inventory (optimizing cash flow).
· Closely monitor the delivery progress of suppliers (Lead time tracking), especially for imported materials or mechanical processing with long waiting times.
· Provide early warnings of material shortages to the Production department and propose solutions (urgent purchases, alternative materials...).
3. Inventory Management & Data:
· Control the actual material consumption rates compared to the plan.
· Coordinate with the warehouse to manage incoming - outgoing - existing data, ensuring the accuracy of system data.
4. Technical Coordination:
· Work directly with design/technical engineers to understand any changes in product configuration (if any) to adjust purchasing plans in a timely manner.
Job Responsibilities:
· Receive and effectively and responsibly carry out tasks assigned by the team leader/management.
· Propose initiatives, improvement ideas, and rationalizations that benefit the Company.
· Regularly update Company announcements to implement them in a timely manner, ensuring work quality.
· Comply with and adhere to the Company's internal regulations, processes, and policies regarding time, attitude, and responsibility throughout the work process.
· Submit reports on completed tasks to the team leader/management upon finishing assignments.
· Promptly report to the team leader/management any difficulties or limitations encountered during the work process.
