JOB DESCRIPTION

Consultation and Assistance to Team Leader

  • Provide advice and assistance to the Team Leader regarding architectural design documentation
  • Participate in designing and organizing the implementation of architectural design solutions during construction to minimize risks and errors

Direct Inspection and Management of Architectural Design Documentation

  • Manage design works for the Group’s projects throughout all stages: concept design, construction drawings, and author's supervision. Project types include mixed-use complexes, housing, office, commercial, resorts, etc.
  • Responsible for managing architectural, planning, interior-exterior, and landscaping design. Collaborate with consultants to propose technical solutions and optimal architectural designs that ensure functionality and aesthetics
  • Oversee all contents of the design documentation in relation to the Design Brief, ensuring the application of design regulations and standards
  • Manage the Architecture department and coordinate tasks and schedules with related disciplines (Structure–MEP–Infrastructure) to align with the overall project timeline
  • Review and identify shortcomings, limitations in architectural design documentation. Examine integration inconsistencies between Architecture and other disciplines such as Structure–MEP–Infrastructure
  • Work with the construction management team and design consultants to resolve errors, make adjustments, and handle design changes
  • Support the PMUs (upon request) in checking the accuracy and compliance of shop drawings against the approved design documentation
  • Carry out duties and other tasks as assigned by superiors

Design Organization for Projects under Direction of Department Heads

  • Develop design information requests and implement construction detail drawings
  • Collaborate with construction management and consultants to solve errors, issues, and design changes
  • Participate in project design based on instructions from Department Heads

Other Duties

  • Carry out additional tasks as assigned by Department Heads

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  1. Age: 25–35 years
  2. Education: Bachelor's degree or higher
  3. Major: Architecture or related fields
  4. Experience: Minimum of 5 years in architectural design
  5. Languages: English proficiency preferred (listening, speaking, reading, writing)
  6. Computer Skills: Proficient in computer use and office/design software
  7. Certification: Class 1 professional architectural design license
  8. Skills:
    • Active listening
    • Strong communication and persuasion
    • Negotiation, conflict resolution, diplomacy, and interpersonal skills
    • Independent, creative thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making
  9. Related Knowledge:
    • General knowledge across planning, architecture, interior, exterior, structure, and MEP disciplines
    • In-depth understanding of construction techniques, regulations, standards, and government design requirements
    • Solid knowledge of various design documentation types
  10. Other Qualities: Honest, careful, calm, mature, professional, able to work under pressure
