MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
· Develop guidelines and plans for domestic capital mobilization in line with the Group's medium to long-term financial strategy.
· Lead the establishment, development, and management of relationships with banks, credit institutions, and financial entities.
· Organize negotiations and agree on key credit terms (interest rates, limits, financing structure, binding conditions).
· Direct the development of financial plans, loan structures, and approve credit documents before submitting them to the competent authorities.
· Monitor the portfolio of domestic loan sources, including: outstanding debt scale, capital costs, maturity structure, and compliance with financial commitments.
· Coordinate with functional units in designing financing plans for investment projects, strategic transactions, or urgent capital needs.
· Report and advise on issues related to the capital market, capital costs, and credit risks.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
· Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Banking, Economics, or related fields
· At least 7 years of experience in corporate finance, credit, or banking; candidates with experience in managing large-scale fundraising are preferred
· Understanding of corporate credit structures, financing products, and the operational mechanisms of the domestic banking system
· Ability to design financial structures and assess cost-effectiveness
· Strong negotiation skills, relationship building, and strategic thinking
