• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Information Technology, International Relations, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in sales, partner development, business development, or technology product deployment.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills – especially with research organizations, technology companies, or government agencies.
• Strategic thinking and market awareness; ability to analyze, synthesize, and plan.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; preference for candidates who have worked with CRM, ERP, or customer data management systems.
• Proactive and responsible to take ownership of tasks and collaborate flexibly with other team members.
• Experience working with B2B, B2G ecosystems, or industries requiring technical integration (API, operational management systems, internal software, etc.) is an advantage.
• Preference for candidates with experience in UAV, IoT, AgriTech, Smart City, GovTech, or other high-tech solutions.
