MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receive all project information transferred by the Management Board.
- Manage, plan, and implement project tasks (from preparation, groundbreaking, and construction) in accordance with legal procedures and regulations.
- Develop the overall schedule and coordinate all project activities from project initiation to project completion (schedule, manpower, project quality, costs).
- Monitor and track the quality, progress, and costs of the project.
- Lead and ensure construction measures, inspection plans, acceptance procedures, construction guidelines.
- Closely coordinate with relevant departments of the Group to implement the project as effectively as possible, on schedule, with cash flow, quality, labor safety, environmental sanitation, and fire prevention.
- Participate with the Management Board in negotiating contract terms with contractors until the official contract is signed.
- Take primary responsibility for managing the signed contract (including: scope of work, quality standards, schedule, and financial aspects of the project, labor safety…).
- Manage advances and payments according to the contract signed between the Group and the Client.
- Manage the project completion documentation, representing the Group in completing the completion procedures according to current legal regulations.
- Manage project risks.
- Participate in the evaluation of bids from a professional perspective as required.
- Manage the project's legal documents, design documents, and construction implementation documents.
- Work with relevant authorities and localities regarding project implementation.
- Manage contractors regarding volume, quality, and progress according to the contract.
- Work with the Investor, Supervisory Consultant, and contractors to ensure that project tasks are carried out according to the approved plan.
- Be responsible for the indicators and operational efficiency of the Department.
- Manage the implementation of tasks of the Project Management Board; comply with the Group's processes, regulations, and culture.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Age: 35 - 50 years old.
2. Education: Bachelor's degree or higher.
3. Major: Construction or other related fields.
4. Experience: At least 8 years of experience in construction execution and supervision of civil construction projects (for the position of Head/Deputy Head of Civil Construction Project Management), infrastructure projects (for the position of Head/Deputy Head of Infrastructure Project Management), with at least 4 years of experience in management positions.
5. Language: Preference for good command of English.
6. Computer skills: Proficient in using computers, office software, and specialized software…

8. Relevant certifications: Possession of a project management certification in construction.

- Mastery of technical management processes for construction and design, quality management processes, regulations on labor safety, environmental hygiene, and fire prevention.
- Other necessary qualities: Decisive working style, sensitivity, ability to work under high pressure, agility, honesty, and resourcefulness.
