Job Description:
- Advise the leadership on developing talent strategies, establishing, and implementing training plans to enhance skills, knowledge, and awareness for employees to meet job requirements across the corporation.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify, evaluate, and select reputable external training institutions and instructors for management skills, professional skills, and programs beyond the Training Department’s capabilities to improve employee performance.
- Work with department heads to analyze training needs for management skills, professional skills, sales skills, and career development for employees at all levels.
- Research and collaborate with department heads to propose and improve training programs for management skills, professional skills, and employee development.
- Develop a system of training documents (regulations, training processes, etc.).
- Create training materials suitable for the corporation’s actual situation.
- Review and compile training materials.
- Set targets, programs, and implement post-training evaluations.
- Manage documents and records related to the corporation’s training activities.
- Conduct orientation training for new employees.
- Organize training sessions (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually, ad-hoc) to improve employee quality and productivity.
- Train and guide compliance with the corporation’s processes and regulations.
- Supervise training activities and evaluate post-training quality.
- Monitor the establishment, maintenance, and updating of personnel development records at all levels within the corporation.
Job Requirements:
- Age: 27 years and above.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Major: Education, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or related fields.
- Experience:
- Experience in the real estate sector.
- At least 2 years of management experience.
- At least 2 years of training and management experience.
- Foreign Language: Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
- Computer Skills: Proficient in using computers, office software, and specialized software.
- Skills:
- Organizational and comprehensive work skills.
- Good time management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Pedagogical skills.
- Strong writing skills (report writing and analytical summaries).
