Job Description:
- Assist in performing all foreign affairs tasks as assigned by superiors.
- Support organizing the corporation’s guest receptions.
- Help develop the corporation’s brand image through foreign affairs activities.
- Assist superiors in contacting customers, partners, and the media.
- Regularly build, maintain, and develop good relationships with government agencies, partners, and customers.
- Prepare lists and gifts for government agencies, partners, and customers on special occasions: holidays, Tet, birthdays, and other anniversaries.
- Perform tasks assigned by the corporation’s leadership.
Job Requirements:
- Final-year students or recent graduates with excellent academic performance.
- Major: Foreign Affairs, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Experience: No experience required.
- Dynamic, enthusiastic, quick, intelligent, sharp, and professional demeanor.
- Foreign language: Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
- Computer skills: Proficient in using computers, office software, and specialized software.
