JOB DESCRIPTION
- Support management and operations
- Assist the Business Department in managing and operating real estate business activities.
- Participate in preparing and organizing meetings, conferences, and events related to real estate business.
- Take meeting minutes, monitor, and urge the implementation of decisions from the Business Department.
- Manage information and documents
- Manage, store, and secure documents and records related to real estate business activities.
- Update and maintain the customer, partner, and real estate project database.
- Draft, review, and process documents, contracts, and reports related to real estate business.
- Support business activities
- Assist the Business Department in finding, approaching, and developing relationships with customers and partners.
- Participate in market research, analysis, and evaluation of real estate projects.
- Support in developing business plans, development strategies, and implementing real estate projects.
- Manage inventory and work with exchanges and agents
- Manage real estate inventory, update information on products, prices, and stock status.
- Work with exchanges and agents to distribute real estate products.
- Monitor and report on sales, revenue, and related business activities.
- Support organizing sales events and product introduction seminars for exchanges and agents.
- Support communication and marketing activities
- Coordinate with the communication and marketing department to implement promotional and marketing campaigns for real estate projects.
- Participate in organizing events, seminars, and exhibitions related to real estate business.
- Manage and update information on the company’s communication channels.
- Support other administrative tasks
- Assist with other administrative tasks as required by the Business Department.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Education:
- University degree or higher, preferably in business administration, real estate, or economics.
- Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in a secretary position or similar roles in the real estate field.
- Skills:
- Good communication skills, with the ability to handle situations flexibly.
- Effective organizational and time management skills.
- Skills in drafting documents, contracts, and reports.
- Proficient in using computers and basic office software.
- Foreign language:
- Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing). Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
- Necessary qualities:
- Good appearance, professional demeanor.
- Friendly, welcoming, with a high customer service spirit.
- Honest, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
