JOB DESCRIPTION
- Team Building and Management:
- Coordinate and supervise the activities of the sales and marketing team, ensuring sales targets and marketing strategies are effectively implemented.
- Developing International Business Strategy:
- Develop and implement business strategies to expand international markets, including market research, competitor analysis, and identifying new business opportunities.
- Communication and Negotiation:
- Use fluent English to communicate with customers, international partners, and other stakeholders. Negotiate contracts and business agreements.
- Project Management:
- Plan, execute, and monitor the progress of marketing and business projects, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Analysis and Reporting:
- Collect and analyze business data, prepare business performance reports, and propose improvement measures.
- Training and Developing Employees:
- Guide and train the team, developing their skills and professional knowledge.
- Building Relationships:
- Establish and maintain good relationships with customers, partners, and other stakeholders to promote business development.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Education: University degree or higher, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
- Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience in business and marketing.
- Experience working in an international environment or with foreign partners.
- Preferably experience in the housing business.
- Language Skills:
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
- Additional languages are a plus.

- Ability to lead and manage a team.
