RECEPTIONIST

JOB DESCRIPTION

  1. Welcome and guide residents
    • Greet residents when they arrive at the building with a friendly and professional attitude.
    • Guide residents to the areas, departments, or services they need.
    • Provide necessary information about the building and available services.
  2. Manage the reception desk
    • Ensure the reception desk is always tidy, clean, and professional.
    • Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and messages to the reception desk.
    • Handle residents’ requests and feedback promptly and efficiently.
  3. Support residents
    • Assist residents with issues related to building services.
    • Resolve residents’ requests and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
    • Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure the best service for residents.
  4. Support events and activities in the building
    • Assist in organizing and coordinating events, conferences, and meetings within the building.
    • Ensure events run smoothly and meet residents’ requirements.
  5. Manage information and documents
    • Manage and store documents and records related to residents and the building.
    • Update and maintain the resident database.
  6. Support other departments
    • Coordinate with other departments in the building to ensure the best service for residents.
    • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  1. Education:
    • Graduated from college or higher, preferably in hotel management, tourism, or customer service-related fields.
  2. Experience:
    • At least 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist position or similar roles in a hotel or high-end building environment.
  3. Skills:
    • Good communication skills, with the ability to handle situations flexibly.
    • Effective organizational and time management skills.
    • Proficient in using computers and basic office software.
  4. Foreign language:
    • Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing). Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
  5. Necessary qualities:
    • Good appearance, professional demeanor.
    • Friendly, welcoming, with a high customer service spirit.
    • Honest, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
