Job Description:
- Manage, plan, and implement project tasks (from preparation, commencement, to construction) according to legal procedures and regulations.
- Coordinate overall project activities from initiation to completion (progress, manpower, project quality, costs).
- Inspect and monitor project quality, progress, and costs.
- Develop and ensure construction methods, inspection plans, acceptance procedures, and construction guidelines.
- Manage contractors regarding volume, quality, and progress as per contracts.
- Work with investors, supervision consultants, and contractors to ensure project tasks are executed as per approved plans.
- Assign and delegate tasks to Project Management Board members.
- Collaborate closely with related company departments to effectively implement the project.
- Oversee all project activities, accountable to the Board of Directors (BOD) for assigned tasks.
- Advise the BOD on project organization and implementation methods.
- Represent the Project Board in internal and external affairs during project execution.
- Perform other tasks as directly assigned by the BOD.
Job Requirements:
- Age: 35 – 50 years.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Major: Construction or related fields.
- Experience:
- At least 8 years of experience in construction and supervision of civil projects (for Head/Deputy Head of Civil Project Management).
- At least 4 years of management experience (for Head/Deputy Head of Infrastructure Project Management).
- Foreign Language: Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
- Computer Skills: Proficient in using computers, office software, and specialized software.

- Related Certificates: Project management certification in construction.
