JOB DESCRIPTION
- Planning and Implementing Factory Setup:
- Develop detailed plans for setting up the factory, including the layout of production lines and equipment systems.
- Coordinate with departments and suppliers to ensure the progress and quality of the setup.
- Inspection and Maintenance of Machinery and Equipment:
- Conduct inspections and evaluate the quality of equipment before operation.
- Develop periodic maintenance plans and handle machinery issues.
- Technical Supervision and Management:
- Monitor and supervise technical processes during the factory setup.
- Ensure compliance with technical standards and occupational safety regulations.
- Performance Analysis and Evaluation:
- Evaluate the performance of equipment and production systems.
- Propose improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Improving Production Systems:
- Seek and implement solutions to improve product quality and optimize production costs.
- Training and Managing Employees:
- Provide technical training for machinery operators.
- Manage and guide the technical team.
- Working with Suppliers and Partners:
- Coordinate with suppliers and partners for equipment installation and trial operation.
- Control quality and accept equipment.
- Troubleshooting:
- Quickly detect and resolve technical issues during operation.
- Find preventive solutions to avoid recurring errors.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Education:
- University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Production Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience in production and factory setup.
- Technical Skills:
- Deep understanding of equipment operation processes.
- Analytical and technical problem-solving skills.
- Project management, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Proficient in technical design and production management software.
- Soft Skills:
- Communication and negotiation with partners and suppliers.
- Training and team management.
- Foreign Language:
