INNOVATION HUB MANAGER

JOB DESCRIPTION

  1. Manage and operate the Innovation Hub
    • Develop strategies and operational plans for the Innovation Hub.
    • Manage, operate, and supervise innovation projects.
    • Ensure projects are executed on schedule and achieve high efficiency.
  2. Develop and maintain partner networks
    • Establish and maintain relationships with domestic and international partners.
    • Seek and collaborate with organizations, businesses, and research institutes to promote innovation projects.
    • Organize events, seminars, and forums to connect and develop the partner network.
  3. Manage resources and budget
    • Plan and manage the budget for innovation projects.
    • Ensure efficient use of resources and cost optimization.
    • Monitor and report the financial status of the Innovation Hub.
  4. Build and develop the team
    • Recruit, train, and develop the Innovation Hub staff.
    • Ensure the team has the necessary skills and knowledge to execute innovation projects.
    • Create a creative work environment that encourages development and innovation.
  5. Research and development
    • Monitor global technology and innovation trends.
    • Research and propose new technology solutions for Innovation Hub projects.
    • Ensure innovation projects meet market needs and provide value to the business.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  1. Education:
    • University degree or higher, preferably in technology, management, or business-related fields.
  2. Experience:
    • At least 5 years of experience in innovation, project management, or equivalent positions.
    • Experience working with international partners and managing large projects.
  3. Skills:
    • Leadership, management, and operational skills.
    • Communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
    • Analytical, planning, and budget management skills.
    • Creative and innovative thinking skills.
  4. Foreign language:
    • Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
  5. Necessary qualities:
    • Dynamic, creative, able to work independently and in teams.
    • Able to withstand high work pressure.
    • Honest, responsible, and with a progressive spirit.
