JOB DESCRIPTION
- Support the CEO in Human Resource Management:
- Advise the CEO on human resource development strategies aligned with the company’s goals and direction.
- Assist the CEO in developing and implementing policies and procedures related to human resource management.
- Monitor and report on the human resource situation, proposing solutions to improve work performance and the working environment.
- Recruitment and Training:
- Coordinate with departments to identify recruitment needs and develop plans to recruit quality personnel.
- Participate in the interview process, evaluate candidates, and make hiring recommendations.
- Assist in developing training and development programs to ensure employees are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
- Performance and Benefits Management:
- Assist the CEO in establishing and monitoring a fair and transparent performance evaluation system.
- Propose welfare, reward, and incentive programs to enhance employee morale and engagement.
- Labor Relations and Legal Compliance:
- Ensure all human resource activities comply with legal regulations and company policies.
- Resolve issues related to labor relations, ensuring a harmonious and professional working environment.
- Administrative Support for the CEO:
- Arrange schedules, organize meetings, and events related to human resources.
- Prepare reports, documents, and necessary information to support the CEO in decision-making.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Education & Experience:
- University degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience in human resources, preferably with experience as an assistant to senior management.
- Skills & Knowledge:
- Deep understanding of labor laws and human resource management regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational, time management, and independent working abilities.
- Proficient in office software and human resource management software.
- Personal Qualities:
- Honest, dedicated, and highly responsible.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle situations flexibly.
