HR ASSISTANT

JOB DESCRIPTION

  1. Support the CEO in Human Resource Management:
    • Advise the CEO on human resource development strategies aligned with the company’s goals and direction.
    • Assist the CEO in developing and implementing policies and procedures related to human resource management.
    • Monitor and report on the human resource situation, proposing solutions to improve work performance and the working environment.
  2. Recruitment and Training:
    • Coordinate with departments to identify recruitment needs and develop plans to recruit quality personnel.
    • Participate in the interview process, evaluate candidates, and make hiring recommendations.
    • Assist in developing training and development programs to ensure employees are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
  3. Performance and Benefits Management:
    • Assist the CEO in establishing and monitoring a fair and transparent performance evaluation system.
    • Propose welfare, reward, and incentive programs to enhance employee morale and engagement.
  4. Labor Relations and Legal Compliance:
    • Ensure all human resource activities comply with legal regulations and company policies.
    • Resolve issues related to labor relations, ensuring a harmonious and professional working environment.
  5. Administrative Support for the CEO:
    • Arrange schedules, organize meetings, and events related to human resources.
    • Prepare reports, documents, and necessary information to support the CEO in decision-making.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  1. Education & Experience:
    • University degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
    • At least 3 years of experience in human resources, preferably with experience as an assistant to senior management.
  2. Skills & Knowledge:
    • Deep understanding of labor laws and human resource management regulations.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong organizational, time management, and independent working abilities.
    • Proficient in office software and human resource management software.
  3. Personal Qualities:
    • Honest, dedicated, and highly responsible.
    • Ability to work under pressure and handle situations flexibly.
    • Career-oriented in human resources and eager to contribute to the company’s development.
