- Ensure smooth administrative operations.
- Labor Relations:
- Resolve issues related to labor relations and internal conflicts.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Support Internal Activities:
- Organize internal events and employee engagement activities.
- Support other departments in administrative and HR tasks.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Education: University or college degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Law, or related fields.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in HR and administrative roles.
- Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Thorough understanding of labor laws and related regulations.
