JOB DESCRIPTION
- Welcome and assist customers
- Greet customers when they arrive at the building with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Assist customers in finding information and guide them to the areas, departments, or apartments they need.
- Address inquiries and handle customer requests promptly and efficiently.
- Manage customer information
- Manage and update the customer database.
- Store and secure customer information according to the building’s regulations.
- Handle complaints and feedback
- Receive and handle customer complaints and feedback related to building services.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
- Ensure customer satisfaction with the building’s customer service.
- Organize and support events
- Assist in organizing and coordinating events, conferences, and meetings within the building.
- Ensure events run smoothly and meet customer requirements.
- Monitor and report
- Monitor and report on customer service activities, arising issues, and resolution outcomes.
- Propose measures to improve the quality of customer service.
- Support other departments
- Coordinate with other departments in the building to ensure the best customer service.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Education:
- College degree or higher, preferably in hotel management, tourism, or customer service-related fields.
- Experience:
- At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service or similar positions in a hotel or high-end building environment.
- Skills:
- Good communication skills, with the ability to handle situations flexibly.
- Effective organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in using computers and basic office software.
- Foreign language:
- Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing). Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
- Necessary qualities:
- Good appearance, professional demeanor.
