JOB DESCRIPTION
- Attendance Monitoring:
- Check, supervise, and monitor the attendance of all employees in the corporation.
- Manage and check leave policies, compensatory leave, overtime, and other policies according to the corporation’s regulations.
- Salary, Bonus, and Allowance Calculation:
- Update and track reward and disciplinary records of each employee.
- Prepare ATM card applications for employees and work with banks.
- Calculate and process monthly salaries, bonuses, and holiday payments.
- Handle employee resignation procedures.
- Address all inquiries related to salary policies and other related issues.
- Organize, arrange, update, and maintain salary records, promotion documents, salary increase requests, disciplinary salary reduction records, handover documents upon resignation, and other salary-related documents.
- Manage, arrange, and store all personnel records of employees.
- Welfare Policy Management:
- Coordinate and manage the operation of the corporation’s welfare policies, ensuring full implementation.
- Social Insurance, Health Insurance, and Unemployment Insurance Management:
- Track and update changes in social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance data, and reconcile with the social insurance agency monthly.
- Complete documents and procedures and contact the social insurance agency for employees to participate and benefit from social insurance and health insurance according to regulations.
- Draft documents related to social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance.
- Human Resource Management and Strategy Development:
- Advise the C&B Team Leader/HR Manager/Deputy HR Manager on building a unified salary policy across the corporation; participate in developing salary scales; ensure salary scales are in line with market rates and the corporation’s actual situation.
- Manage and implement policies and regimes according to the corporation’s regulations.
- Participate in organizing activities related to employee welfare.
- Prepare a list of employees paying income tax, issue invoices for personal income tax payment (if applicable).
- Advise the HR Manager and Head of HR Department on developing welfare policies, salary policies, reward policies, regulations, etc., of the corporation.
- Regularly research and update legal regulations on regimes, policies, and salaries to promptly supplement and amend the corporation’s policies in accordance with legal regulations.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Age: 27 – 40 years old.
- Education: University degree or higher.
- Major: Labor and Salary or related fields.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Foreign Language: Conversational English.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in using computers, office software, and specialized software.
- Skills: Relationship building, clear communication, planning, problem-solving, teamwork.
- Related Knowledge: Labor Law, Social Insurance Law, Personal Income Tax Law.
- Personal Qualities: Dynamic, enthusiastic, intelligent, sharp, professional demeanor.
