JOB DESCRIPTION
Planning and Implementation:
- Advise the Sales Director on developing and implementing the company’s short-term and long-term business strategies and plans.
- Develop and implement business plans for the company’s products/services, including:
- Providing experts/speakers/trainers in the fields of carbon credits, ESG, and greenhouse gas inventory.
- Consulting on greenhouse gas inventory reports (ISO14064, ISO14067).
- Providing membership for the automatic greenhouse gas inventory and ESG reporting platform Sustain.Life.
- Consulting on greenhouse gas emission reduction.
- Consulting on implementing carbon credit projects.
- Preparing pre-feasibility/feasibility reports for carbon credit projects (especially in the AFOLU sector).
- Carbon credit and renewable energy certificate trading platform i-REC.
- Analyze the market, competitors, and potential customers to identify new business opportunities.
- Propose solutions and initiatives to improve business efficiency.
Management and Operations:
- Manage, supervise, and coordinate the activities of the sales team.
- Assign tasks, train, guide, and evaluate the performance of employees.
- Build and maintain good relationships with current and potential customers and partners.
- Negotiate, sign, and monitor contract execution.
- Resolve issues arising during business operations.
- Prepare periodic business performance reports for the Sales Director.
Business Development:
- Seek and develop new customers, expand the market.
- Build and develop the distribution channel system.
- Participate in industry conferences, seminars, and events to promote the company’s products/services.
- Conduct marketing and PR activities to enhance brand recognition.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education:
- University degree or higher in Economics, Business Administration, Environment, or related fields.
Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience in a business management position, preferably with experience in the environment, renewable energy, or carbon credit sectors.
Knowledge:
- Understanding of the carbon credit market, ESG, and greenhouse gas inventory.
- Thorough knowledge of legal regulations related to the company’s field of operation.
- Knowledge of business management, marketing, and sales.
