MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Advise and propose strategies and policies on IT, information security, and administrative governance for the Leadership Board.
  • Organize the implementation, control, and ensure the effectiveness of IT activities across the entire system (LAN/WAN infrastructure, databases, data backup, equipment maintenance).
  • Develop and完善 mechanisms, processes, regulations, and forms to serve the management of IT and administration.
  • Research, analyze, and apply software solutions and new technologies to enhance management efficiency, security, and system operation.
  • Manage, direct, and support IT operations at member units, ensuring compliance with regulations on security and information safety.
  • Operate, assign, supervise, and develop the personnel team in the Information Security Department; create a professional working environment that encourages collaboration and improvement.
  • Train and coach staff while coordinating with departments/units to ensure the quality and progress of work.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Age: 30 – 50 years old.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Major: IT, Mathematics - Computer Science, or related fields.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a similar position in large companies or corporations.
  • Language: Ability to communicate and read specialized English documents.
  • Skills in planning, organizing, and managing work, as well as human resource management.
  • In-depth knowledge of hardware, software, databases, and the application of IT solutions in management, as well as experience in designing and organizing the implementation of application software projects.
  • Knowledge of administrative management.
  • Proficient in designing, managing, and programming on database management systems: SQL, Oracle. Proficient in programming languages: VB6, Visual Foxpro, C#.

BENEFITS & WELFARE

  • Working hours: Monday to Friday: from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM (lunch break from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM); Saturday: from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
  • Annual leave entitlement according to labor law regulations.
